We love our new home!
July 15, 2025From start to finish we have had a great experience. The people that work in the leasing office are all wonderful, however we worked with Natasha the most and she is absolutely fabulous. Anytime I call or email with a question or concern she responds quickly, and makes sure that if it is a maintenance request it is taken care of in a timely manner. No place is perfect, however for the area, at this price point, it is everything we wanted and more. Also, the pool is AMAZING and the work out room ...is also nice. The complex is quiet and it gives off a nice park setting which i really enjoy. All of the people that I have met so far are very nice. I will say that we have one of the french apartments (which are beautiful and have different floor plan options) but we also looked at several townhouses and liked them as well. Last but not least, and most importantly, it feels like home. My husband and I have always been adamant that our place of residence truly feels like home, and not just to us but to our family and friends as well. We owned a house for many years further north, and decided to try something different once we became “empty nesters) and we are glad that ww did! ?? Home for years to come!
April 20, 2025I have lived at the Georgetown of Kettering apartments for almost a decade now, sounds strange to say out loud however I am very thankful for this place!! it's an excellent location near where I work and the staff members are always willing to help and assist in any way they can. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, renewed my lease for another year and I'm sure it'll be more of the same! They just added some new lights to all of the properties to help with the aesthetic, I'm excited to see ...what else they may do this year and I'm definitely excited for the pool!! Hopefully there will be no other apartments I have to go to and right after this I can move into a house or condo or at least that's the plan! Thanks Georgetown and staff for keeping us all happy!Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2023Horrible I moved in less than a week came home and my ceiling was about to collapse on the floor. Leasing lady said it wasn’t an emergency when it was water leaking from upstairs into my apartment by the morning. My whole ceiling was on the floor. This is day two and I still have no ceiling in my living room. Very nice people but wouldn’t recommend at all nice place but let it foul youProperty Manager Responded

Disgusting. Don’t apply here.
July 8, 2022Not at all what they portray. Apartment was not cleaned at all. Wouldn’t allow a tour until two days before move in, and even pushed back my move in day. Closets were detached, dishwasher and sink had gunk in it, stains all over the closets and walls, water on the floors, balcony was rotting and hand rail was not properly attached, door hard ware and light switches are painted over, and so much more. Wish I could attach photo proof of this. Absolutely mortified by my experience, and told “what ...did you expect? it to be updated?” Spent over 2k trying to secure this place just to withdraw my application.Property Manager Responded

Great neighborhood

A Great Place to Live
December 30, 2020I just recently moved to the Georgetown of Kettering neighborhood and I love it. The apartment is cozy and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. My work orders are taken care of in a timely manner and I have had very little issues. Mice!!!
November 17, 2019Do not move here they have mice and do not seem to care! I have gone to my sons apartment and we have caught 3 in traps in less than a week! I along with him have tried to contact the office and either they do not respond or they blow us off. This is just ridiculous for the amount of money that they charge for rent to not take care of this issue. I would only suggest moving here if you are ok with a few mice running around your apartment.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE
August 12, 2019We have lived here for almost a year and it’s been horrible the entire time! First off the apartments look NOTHING like what they advertise here! We were promised new appliances and new countertops and cabinets. All of our appliances are at least 20-30 years old. Our refrigerator door was broken before we even moved in, they didn't clean behind the stove or beside the refrigerator. Our bathtub wouldn’t drain, we got it “fixed” and then it happened again and its been a week since we called to ...complain and they STILL haven’t done anything about it. The neighborhood kids are always out in the road on bikes with no supervision of parents (one even got hit by a car, but he is okay). This place is just absolutely ridiculous. Horrible first apartment
April 12, 2019The stay here is fine but we pay too much money for stuff not to work. Especially the heat and air. It's not even that hot yet and we're already borderline having heat strokes because the air is blowing hot air any time they come to "fix it". They did not clean the floor before we moved in... which we cleaned ourselves and overlooked. But the lack of salting of sidewalks, lack of cleaning the parking lot, lack of parking moderation, lack of efficient maintenance. This is my first apartment and ...already a horrible experience. moving out the first opportunity we get. Dont get me wrong. Everyone is nice and friendly and it's a quiet complex with great location. But the unit we're in since they didnt have thus stuff checked ruined it for.meProperty Manager Responded

Solid place to live
February 27, 2019Got off to a rough start with the prior management company as the apartment wasn't ready at the designated move-in time and some maintenance wasn't completed until more than 6 months after I moved in. This place is wonderful
February 18, 2019Moved here in November and management and staff have been attentive and helpful. The unit is clean and very comfortable. I absolutely love it here.
