Love living here, very convenient location to campus and downtown. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities here are also very nice and pretty. I love studying in the common areas!

My move in went very smoothly and so far everything has been amazing! My only complaint is that the elevator next to the parking spots 300-315 doesn’t go up to floor 3. It’s just a little inconvenient since I live on the third floor. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and clean, the people are so welcoming, the amenities are awesome, and the location of the building is incredible as a UGA student.

I love it so far. The pool is awesome and everything is super clean. I don't have any loud neighbors and can't say anything negative. The move-in process was easy and seamless. The parking lot is also super nice and accessible.
