June 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy bathroom has been in serious disrepair for approximately eight months despite multiple attempts to report the issue and request repairs. The conditions have continued to worsen and now include: Mold growing inside and outside the walls Water accumulating on the bathroom floor each morning Water pockets and moisture buildup in multiple walls A ceiling that appears to be sagging and may collapse due to water damage Ongoing leaks and excessive moisture throughout the bathroom These conditions ...are creating health and safety concerns and may be causing additional structural damage to the property. I have repeatedly tried to contact management and maintenance regarding these issues, but I have not received a response or a resolution.Read More

October 9, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOnly good thing about these apartments is the location. Rent has increased three times with no updates being done. Since switching management companies these apartments have went downhill! Dumpsters overflowing, no one is ever in the office if you have an issue, machine to load laundry card was relocated into another complex instead of the main office, nothing gets fixed, this past winter we had to shove snow ourselves due to maintenance not doing it. You can call and text, no one will reply back ...to you. When my lease was up i moved without a second thought. No pool, no fitness center, no where for kids to play, and horrible management.Read More

I used to have to wait weeks for a problem to be fixed in my apartment and now the maintenance team is at my apartment fixing things in no time. Thank you again, Sincerely Long time resident

January 11, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThey are evicting the current residents so that they can put richer people in what we called home, i started paying 395 a month for my first year and 425 for the next 2 years,. I have seen flooded basement's, I have seen bedbugs which still exist here,I have seen mice, foundation cracks, you name it and when they said we would be safe here they won't renew lease agreements they will lie about everything here don't rent here
