I love to call this place home!
January 5, 2021This is my first apartment being on my own and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff in the leasing office are very respectful and always goes above and beyond. The community is fairly new and the apartments are very affordable. Its very close to stores, Crystal City "Pentagon Fashion Center" and Washington, D.C. I would highly recommend these apartments for someone that is moving on their own!Property Manager Responded

Perfect apartment community
December 10, 2020Gilliam place apartment is the place to live in Arlington ! The staff(especially apartment manager Ms.Katie and leasing agent Karen)are so friendly and personal they make gilliam place home. I have lived in many apartment buildings before and so far this management team is wonderful. Always happy and attentive. Maintainece team is always fast and helpful. Building is very new and apartments are beautiful. All amenities are wonderful. Security cameras are at all entrance. Very safe environment. January 12, 2020I have a disabled child that has moved into your building and I feel that he is truly blessed. The accommodations that you made to make life easier for him is outstanding. I am not easily impressed, but the apartments that you have designed are the best I have seen in Arlington. The amount of closet space is awesome. The kitchen area is incredible, with an endless amount of accommodations. You left no stone unturned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing my son to be included. This ...is, without a doubt, thanks to you, the best apartment that he has ever lived in.
