Well maintained, competently managed, quiet, convenient - just like home! Friendly and professional staff, quick response to maintenance requests, good online rent payment system. Easy parking, comfortable floor plan, lots of natural light, AC works well. What a relief to find all this with reasonable rent - not easy to come by in Davis!

Nice apartment, complications at move in

I love the location, the manager Heather is absolutely wonderful, and the apartments are spacious with nice amenities. Definitely one of the better deals in Davis, you get a lot for what you pay for. We did have some complications at move-in due to there being a lot of turn over that year and they had to hire extra help for cleaning that they do not normally use. As such, our apartment was NOT clean upon move-in and we had to have the carpet cleaners come back out and we had to clean everything ...

ourselves. However, management got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently, along with all other problems we have had since then. Jerry, the maintenance guy, has been here forever and is great. Overall, I would definitely recommend these apartments, just double check upon move-in that everything is clean.
