August 20, 2024I've been here about two weeks. So far, my experience has been positive and continues to be positive. The property management staff has been responsive answering my questions, sharing a utility cart to move my stuff in, and just being helpful. I love the light in my apartment and how quiet it is here. I get cranky when there's lots of noise "pollution" from streets and traffic. I don't find that here at all. Yay! People here are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I've spent time down ...by the pool and met a number of people there; long-time residents, as well as people who have been here less than a year, and again, I' m reassured that I made the right decision coming to Glacier Valley.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2024Overall I love it here. I really like the layout of my individual unit with the loft. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to concerns. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. I really wish we had a small fitness center as an alternative place for me to workout when my work hours are weird or weather is bad, but there really isn't anywhere to put one, so I don't I'll see that day. Usually neighbors are quiet and respectful. I will note that there has been more crime creeping ...into the neighborhood including gun violence. While the apartment hasn't caused any of that, it is still a fact to consider when living in this neighborhood.Property Manager Responded

March 14, 2024Glacier Valley Apartments is like living at a resort! The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is so quaint and cute. I love having a balcony and overlooking the pool- it’s a beautiful view anytime but especially when it’s lit up at night- plus it’s heated! The entire building is so quiet- I’ve never once heard my neighbors or any noise from above or below me. Maintenance is done very fast. Management is very nice! March 1, 2024Neighbors are all very respectful of each other and property. Im probably one of few living here without pets but grounds are spotless and think in 3 yrs living hear have only heard a dog bark once. Kat and team keep us all feeling community with events offered and updated on property improvements. Regular cleaning of common areas including carpet shampoos.
