The Glen Forest Apt community is being managed by a new management company Fairgrove property management.Many improvements are taking place this year 202. New paint on the community buildings and garages. New parking spaces added. EV charging stations. Maintenance is keeping the grass clean of dog waste and supply doggy pick up bags. There are also trash bins in several areas of community. My favorite is new washers and dryers. A new download application on phone starts the machines. The wash ...
is timed and has alerts when wash is finished. You can see exactly what the washer is doing either wash, rinse or finish. The dryers are worked the same way. I can deposit any amount I want on my app anytime. The large laundry room near management office are brand new washers and dryers. I can request a maintenance service anytime on the Fairgrove app I recently was in desperate need of a air conditioner replacement. I requested service. In a few days I received a replacement air conditioner. I had a few maintenance issues that needed immediate attention and every one was fixed. Maintenance technicians are very nice and helpful. The onsight management office has reorganized with new staff. They are very helpful. Most of the requests from tenants are handled through Fairgrove app. Fairgrove staff are very nice and helpful in assisting tenants if there are questions or maintenance issues. I look forward to living at Glen Forest many more years. I am a tenant of twenty six years.
