The base rates are cheaper than most and the townhomes have space. However the apartment management is horrible. My mother has lived here for 2 years and every month she reports the same problems. She has a faulty dangerous stove that they promise to replace each month with no hope. The basic amenities you expect from paying rent are non existent. They employ several maintenance men who do not perform maintenance. It is hard to move to something better when the neighboring complexes charge twice ...

Do not move here if you like to bbq!! Just received a letter saying bbq grills are not allowed. I just called the front office to see if they were installing grills at the park for residents to use and of course I was told no. Pathetic! It’s crazy bc that’s what people do in the spring and summer time after a long day or week at work. :(

They have roaches no exterminator. Things break they NEVER come and fix them. Wether your on time with rent or late they’ll find a way to add a fee and they want their money but they don’t want your residence inhabitable. They need to be shut down.

near 635, near police station , library and fire station , large living room and kitchen. I only gave this property an average because when you call the office for any type of maintenance work you will always , always be told someone will be there later on today and in reality it can take up to 7 days before someone arrives., you can call everyday for a time or arrival and you will always get the same responds some one will be there later on today.
