wait to move. If you don't have to, do not even think about moving here. The city should use the space for something else. The kids smoke in the buildings and hang out. A kid was shot last December. There were bullet holes in cars. This is the "hood" of Glen Burnie. They can't keep maintenance men or any receptionist. You can NEVER reach anyone on the phone. The emergency line is a joke as well. This place is HORRIBLE, I can't express it enough. I've spent money and paid for my own repairs because they aren't attentive. I will never forget this experience on my life. I figured I would try to save someone else from going through the same thing. I've been trying to reach someone higher up for months and no response. So my next steps are lawyers, escrow and the news station. They have til August, I'm so fed up!!

questions, because they are only open 9 to 5, Monday to friday, it goes straight to an answer machine, and then when you do leave a message, 1 out of 10, you'll get a call back or never hear from them until you start to leave more than 3 messages on the answering machine. You put in a order to get something done, it takes forever, it took them 2 weeks to fix my toilet, then when it couldn't flush, it took them another 3 and 1/2 weeks, then get assumed that we flushed something else other then toilet paper and was told to do courtesy flush. Mold developed around the toilet, bath walls was just repainted over the old mold, shower wall was cracking, mold in the master bedroom because of the rain and we even had brown water here and there, told the office about that and was told, there's nothing they can't do about it, it's from the main pipes. Called 5 times about the refrigerator and was told to not over flow the freezer, so it can continue to work, before they decided that we needed a new refrigerator and never was offer or ask to replace food because of their poor decision. Oven was out for 3 months before they decided to fix it and took $15.00 and some change off my rent for that one month because of it not working. Request to move to other unit because neighbors had their kids running around in the apartment like they're running a Marathon, was told, you have to be here for over a year and I can see what we can do, and nothing never happen and they search throughout your apartment when your not there. Never again I would rent here, I would rather live in the streets or shelter before I come back or recommend this dump.
