Unlike most apartment rentals these days, Glenwood actually professionally cleans their apartments before before you move in. They have wonderful activities for residents. This charming community has a lot to offer: friendly, interesting residents, a good location right next to the Piggly Wiggly and a strip mall. Banking is nearby as are medical and dental clinics. There are several restaurants at hand as well. It's also a great base to explore Cottage Grove from with all of its many parks and community events scheduled year around.
The on-site property manager is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff also includes a maintenance man, an assistant manager and ...
a cleaning woman who keeps all of our public areas very clean.
Public areas include a community room where many fun events are held. There is a full kitchen and a patio off the back of the building with a gas grill and seating for many guests. We also have a hairdresser who comes to our little two-chair salon when needed. A professional comes to trim toenails periodically for those who need or want that service.
Free underground parking and an elevator cannot be beat!
