June 26, 2024Unlike most apartment rentals these days, Glenwood actually professionally cleans their apartments before before you move in. They have wonderful activities for residents. The friendly maintenance man, Ron makes very timely repairs. And the Manager, Mary is great! A great place to live!
August 31, 2021This charming community has a lot to offer: friendly, interesting residents, a good location right next to the Piggly Wiggly and a strip mall. Banking is nearby as are medical and dental clinics. There are several restaurants at hand as well. It's also a great base to explore Cottage Grove from with all of its many parks and community events scheduled year around. The on-site property manager is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff also includes a maintenance man, an assistant manager and ...a cleaning woman who keeps all of our public areas very clean. Public areas include a community room where many fun events are held. There is a full kitchen and a patio off the back of the building with a gas grill and seating for many guests. We also have a hairdresser who comes to our little two-chair salon when needed. A professional comes to trim toenails periodically for those who need or want that service.
