Overpriced, dated, and prices still rising.
July 27, 2022There isn't an appliance in the place that was manufactured in the last 3 decades. A/C gets the one room with a vent to below freezing while the rest of the house is on fire. Everything that's ever been nicked or dinged is slathered in layers and layers of paint, aka the landlord special. Landlord will strongarm you every time you renew, they tried to raise rent by 22% last year. Amazon hub was installed that's closed at 5pm daily (at the latest, typically closed well. Before that, hope you ...get off work before 5)so good luck getting anything you purchase same day. Don't put in work orders, they'll generally leave you worse off than you were before you called. Three separate calls now I've had to fix on my own out of pocket because these people truly do not care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent place to call Home
September 27, 2021I was a resident at Gloria Park Villas from Sep 1993 thru May 2021. I lived in both 1 bdrm 1 bath and 2 bdrm 2 baths. In fact, I may be one of the longest residents at the complex. So take my review to heart. It is an excellent and well-run apartment community. The leasing staff is exceptional and very well run. Silva is well versed in her job and provides excellent customer service to any and all residents. The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH. Any issues I had over the years (which were few) ...were taken care of quickly. Anyone looking for a great place to call home should put GLORIA PARK VILLAS at the top of their list. I may be returning to Las Vegas in July 2022 and rest assured that I hope to once again reside here. This complex is 5 stars no doubt about it. GEORGE B. There's Other Options
September 16, 2021If you're thinking of renting here, look elsewhere. Pros: It's close to Chinatown and the grounds are beautiful. Cons: Neighbors and the Leasing Office. Let me tell you about some incidents about here. One of my Amazon packages went missing the first week I moved in. I seem to live under a bowling alley with constant loud banging, the occasional domestic arguments, the cops coming in regularly, loud music, littering, etc. I have repeatedly told the leasing office and the leasing office is not ...competent. Their answer is that YOU should figure out how to deal with the problem. I have had appliances break down because they are old and I live in a "renovated" unit. I had a package delivered by my mail carrier to the leasing office and the leasing office did not bother to inform me and their excuse is 'well the letter carrier should have told you". Right because the letter carrier has my number or I am supposed to be psychic and know that the Post Office changed their policies? The Leasing Office has no customer service skills once so ever after you move in. The leasing office handling of just general problems was so bad I had to call the corporate office in Utah. They even make you change your own aircon home filters which is a general maintenance issue and something covered under HVAC services in all other properties because they don't want you to mess up the aircon system except here. Again, really poor customer service considering how much you pay for living in a "luxury" condo. The maintenance is okay. Then there are the constant price increases that hit you after 6 months. There are far better places and within the price range. I suggest looking around before settling down here. While the place is pretty, just hope you don't have to deal with the leasing office because when there is a problem, you're on your own.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing place to call HOME!
February 25, 2021I am a resident of Gloria Park Villas Apartments, and I wanted to share that Gloria Park is a nice complex, the floor plans are spacious and it just makes you feel right at home. The management from the office to maintenance are incredible, very friendly, courteous, and very professional in all aspects. Terrible dishonest crooks!
