I do not recommend renting these apartments. I don’t blame the staff as they are trying to work with a very old complex. The price shouldn’t be so high for the amount of problems the community faces.
The laundry rooms rarely work, and we’ve tried to transfer to an apartment with a washer and dryer connection, but it’s another $300 added to an already high rent. Again..it is not the staffs fault we have inflation.
The AC constantly breaks down and the dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter. ...
There’s a gap between the sink and counter and all of the drawers are broken with no knobs.
I truly believe maintenance does their best trying to keep up with everything but the community also trashes the place. When people check their mail, they throw the garbage on the floor for maintenance to clean up. The residents leave trash and food containers all over.
I don’t recommend living here, not because of the staff who are trying their best, just because of the community. People don’t respect the community and it really shows.

Never In my life have I ever felt so unhappy to come home to a place that I pay rent. The people that live in my building are very disrespectful and do not care about other residents. They party at the pool at all hours of the night with loud music. I have not been able to sleep good for a month now. I hate it here and cant wait to move. unfortunate that this place has such bad ratings I wish I never moved here. It's even sadder the the office staff has to deal with such horrible people. It doesnt matter how much I complain how many times I call the cops nothing gets resolved and I am left to be emotionally stressed and sleep deprived. Its the loud music for me till 12, 1, 2 am and they just dont care. I have to find ways to calm myself down because at the end of the day the only one I am harming is myself. Cant wait to move. I do not recommend moving here unless your ok with noise and rude disrespectful people. As for management I have nothing bad to say they try to help but unfortunately nothing is changing. Even with a threat to evict for disruption these people just dont care. No consideration at all.

If I could have rated this a 0 I would have. I have been having problems in my apartment since the day I moved in. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. We have captured rats, killed cockroaches, and have been having continuous problems with the AC and the AC vents. Even though they made us pay a monthly fee for extermination, my husband had to buy foam to seal holes, rats trap and venom because the office took over a month to go into my apartment. Also when they send maintenance, the person even asked to use ...

There is one thing that any school can't teach you and that is customer service, and everyone in the office is super nice, the new management is trying very hard to do the best to fix what the prior administration did. Slowly but shortly I have seen a great improvement but the best part is when you go to the office and everyone is polite and they really care. I like to go to the office and get great coffee and see friendly faces.

The complex is so quiet day and night so always felt relaxed while living there, besides, so centrally located within a short distance to the main attractions and malls in Kissimmee.

We have a leaky faucet in the kitchen, the blinds are falling down in the living room, I can't even close the closet door in the living room area without having to use a credit card to get it open. Worst apartment complex I have ever even stepped foot in . The inside is disgusting . They remodel outside but won't even change a carpet that's more than 5 years old for a 3 year tenant . Infested with roaches no matter what you do they just won't go away ! They should bomb the buildings and pay for hotels for their tenants to stay in for a bit . Place is literally falling apart.
