I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. This place is now being managed by some type of housing association, which has made it feel extremely horrible and dirty. The management is very unprofessional. If you move here, don’t expect to get your deposit back. They also did not provide me with an itemized statement for the deductions, despite me requesting it multiple times. The first year living here was okay, but the second year was horrible. This place was infested ...
with cockroaches, cars get broken into, and again COCKROACHES will be your best friends. They also do this thing where they want to inspect your apartment randomly and give you 24 hour notice it’s redundant, laundry always dirty trash is out for DAYSSSS NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS

Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The unit is clean but the pictures are deceiving. No room for a table with four chairs in the kitchen area in a 2/1. The unit did not come with a refrigerator, but management/maintenance was able to provide one at a small cost and were very kind about it. Any maintenance issues were resolved same-day and almost immediately. No microwave but that was an inexpensive fix. Fixtures are dated but we have the option of changing them out but replacing if we move ...
out. The washers are shallow, requiring multiple loads, but that isn’t too big of a deal. Lots of families with good kids here; a great playground and basketball court. Water/Trash/ Sewer is not included. Factor in an additional $55 per month for that.

Great place to call home. It has it all even a few handicap units

The apartments are tooken care of very well. But its not a gated community so a lot of stray dogs and cars have been stolen. Our lisence plate was stolen. But since then they have security patrolling every night. The office people and manager are really nice and have great customer service.
