LIVING WITH ROACHES
January 9, 2024Apartment is infested with roaches, so much so that we cannot even use our kitchen. Office does absolutely nothing about the problem.Review from Apartments.com
Small spaces, nice management
April 21, 2019Neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The unit is clean but the pictures are deceiving. No room for a table with four chairs in the kitchen area in a 2/1. The unit did not come with a refrigerator, but management/maintenance was able to provide one at a small cost and were very kind about it. Any maintenance issues were resolved same-day and almost immediately. No microwave but that was an inexpensive fix. Fixtures are dated but we have the option of changing them out but replacing if we move ...out. The washers are shallow, requiring multiple loads, but that isn’t too big of a deal. Lots of families with good kids here; a great playground and basketball court. Water/Trash/ Sewer is not included. Factor in an additional $55 per month for that.Property Manager Responded

its OK but not ok
August 3, 2015The apartments are tooken care of very well. But its not a gated community so a lot of stray dogs and cars have been stolen. Our lisence plate was stolen. But since then they have security patrolling every night. The office people and manager are really nice and have great customer service.Review from Apartments.com
