We love it here! Great use of the space. Huge closets, 2 patios, perfect bedroom & bathroom sizes. Beautiful nature preserve with pond directly out my back door. So peaceful,& quiet! The staff is amazing! Any maintenance is taken care of promptly. They preventatively spray for pests (this is our 3rd year,& have yet to see anything) Lots of families and kids, yet quiet! Park for the kiddos. They’re repairing the pool, but hopefully we’ll be able to use it this summer! Basically, we couldn’t ...

Recently moved here from New Jersey. I looked at many complexes, including Golf Pointe. The pluses are many: : incredibly friendly office staff : very large floor plans including lots of closets : I’ve called for very minor fixes, and maintenance was here the same day : it’s quiet. That’s a big deal for me, and I’m pleased : I face the nature preserve. It’s amazing; I have hummingbirds at my balcony off and on all day : neighbors are quiet and pleasant : lovely pool
