I just became a resident here at Good Haven. Mrs. Alma was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. That’s one of the main reason I decided to move here. She was professional & you can tell she really cared about her tenants. It’s a nice, quiet place to live. Clean grounds & the maintenance team is awesome! This is my 2nd apartment and Mrs. Alma has made this experience great. I really appreciate her and everything she’s done.

Ive lived over here for 2 years never had any issues when it came to things needing fixed or done. The office assistant Mrs.Alma takes care of her tenants she was the first person I met when I moved over here and she has forever kept the same attitude never rude or act as if she doesnt care even for the smallest issue main reason I chosed these apts over the others I looked this is a great start place to live and the best thing is their all bills paid....

My apartments are nice because Ms.Alma is one the best office assistant they have she is the main reason i moved over here her customer service is beautiful not only is her customer service beautiful out everyone ive came into contact with she has kept the same attitude. The maintenance team is awesome as well great on coming to check on problems in the home no matter the time. Always clean and property stays maintained.

Close to downtown Dallas and easy for commute. All utilities included - just one amount for rent each month. Clean & quiet community that looks like its' been recently redone with new paint & siding.

These are the most roach infested apartments I have ever seen in my life. The staff is rude and nonchalant.No tact or class from the tenants they rent to. Also If you like backed up pipes, air condition that never works, power outages every 3 months, no available parking because there isn't any assigned spots for RENT PAYERS,and last but not least BREAK INS and MURDERS on the premises then this is the place for you

Loved the actual property though...
It wasn't as bad as I heard it was.I go to work and come home.It's actually a okay community the only thing I hated about it was.They steal cars hardcore from this property alot.One night 6 cars came up stolen in one night and my Suburban was one of those cars(I still to this day havent got my suburban back)then I bought my Cadillac because it had a security alarm and system on it to stop them from stealing.Someone tried to steal my Cadillac 3 different times ...
,broke my collar down and I had to get it replaced 3 times(security system shut the whole car down.
