About Good Rain

Ideally located in Historic Pie Allen Neighborhood between the U of A and downtown Good sized 1 and 2 Bedroom Apts! Central A/C, Crystal Clear pool, laundry facilities, gated community and Free WIFI available! UNITS ARE NOT FURNISHED! PICS ARE OF 2023 REMODELED UNITS. 6 REMODELED UNITS TOTAL. Pets ok with $300 non refundable fee per pet and $50 per month additional rent per pet. Non-aggressive pets only. List provided upon request. To move in all adults living in home will need to be approved. Application fee is $45 per adult that will live on property. Move in requirements: If approved, First months rent + security deposit which is equal to 1 month rent for well qualified prospects + $295 non refundable fees +pet fees if applicable. Other fees may apply. Proof of renters insurance required before move in. Utilities not included. Water, sewer and garbage will be billed prorata through Axiom. No smoking. We can normally show it M-F between 9am and 4pm by appointment.

The property management company is terrible about grounds keeping, maintenance requests regarding the common facilities and apartments, and security. Plumbing issues are very frequent. Sewage leaks, roof leaks, lack of hot water, lack of any water. Ventilation problems. Squatters selling drugs from vacant units. Parking issues. You name it and it's likely to be a longstanding issue that Axiom will drag their feet on. The place is a dump. Axiom is trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid Axiom ...
