You must be enrolled in school at least part-time to live at a College Housing Northwest property. Our apartment community is comprised of 16 floors with many of our studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes featuring sweeping views of downtown Portland, Mount Saint Helens, and Mount Hood. Our light-filled floor plans, complete with oversized windows, offer such conveniences as bicycle hooks in each apartment for easy storage. If school work beckons, you'll come to lean on our printing services, which are available 24/7. We also feature an outdoor courtyard for getting to know your new neighbors or find solitude in one of our study areas to catch up on a new novel. Goose Hollow Tower is just moments from PSU, so your commute to school will be a breeze! Along with being a nonprofit organization, sustainability is very important to us. We utilize 100% clean wind energy throughout, our custodial teams use only green cleaning products. low-flow aerators and shower heads are installed in all bathrooms to reduce water consumption, and our living, green roof provides storm water management and is energy efficient.

It's fair:)
August 14, 2015I like the location and the price of this apartment. This apartment is located close by the station, downtown and PSU, (Everytging is walk distance.) so it is convenience to go somewhere without the car. Compare to other apartments around here, the price is pretty decent for the students. Despite the building is little bit old, it is good to stay here. Overall, I'm satisfied staying this apartment.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015The apartment complex is convenient for everyday commute to school and work. It has a excellent scenery and the complex works with students to afford the housing. The staff is eager to help when needed they also very kind and courteous. I have enjoyed staying there bur hope for a different apartment in the near future.Review from Apartments.com
