If you don't make more than 3X the income to rent here, you can forget about it! The amount of hoops I had to jump through to learn that at the end of the day I need to make 3x the income AND that I would need a co-signer, THEN gave me a dead line to get that co-signer, PLUS even though I made MORE the income requirements they refused to think about the other portion that makes that 3x income possible. DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!

No parking

If I could I would give a zero star. They absolutely have no parking. They will tow any car they want. So take pictures wherever you park because they’re tow happy. Townhouse is nice but they have no parking if someone uses their garage as storage and own 2-3 cars.
