This place is horrible and I'm about to move the place is gross the mold is horrible they fix nothing but keep raising rent there's trash every where my bathroom since has been stopped up for a month can not use my toilet it won't flush always several different apartment managers and there is no laundry facilities they keep it locked don't rent here unless your very very desperate .

Repairs are never done in a timely manner and the units are near uninhabitable. The apartment being leased was found to have black mold and was condemned. Did the management company even attempt to find another unit for the duration of the lease? Nope, they tried to keep rent paid for a month after it was condemned and also keep the security deposit. Oh that's not all, they then tried to charge for multiple "repairs" that were not needed or were needed prior to our occupancy that were never done. ...
We will let the courts decide but in anyone else's case just stay FAR away from this place.

People sell drugs out in the open
Police are at the complex at least once a month
People let their animals run free off the leash
Management is a nightmare and will not try to help you if something in your unit is broken
When I moved in I had to have the stove replaced, AC and heat repaired, roof repaired, doors repaired, plumping repaired multiple times, most of my outlets are shot, and they tried ...
everything they could to avoid fixing the issues with the apartment they rented me.

I have lived at this apartment for over 2 years now. Throughout those years I have had multiple issues. Basically having a work order almost every other month due to the tub not draining, mice in the house, the garbage disposal not working, etc. I have to notify the office numerous times before I even get acknowledged of when they may come and fix the issue. I've had a mouse issue for over a year which is yet to be fixed. I have three work orders open that's been open for months still. My job is ...
making me relocate and they won't even negotiate with me on termination fees. They took my deposit and wont apply it to the fee. I have paid on time every Month. There's just no empathy compassion or will to ensure their tenants are satisfied and living in a clean environment. I am happy that I'm leaving and can finally have a rental management company that actually cares about me and my kids.

We only went in for a tour and the entire complex was filthy!!! Even the parking lots were dirty with trash everywhere! We had to tour the place by ourselves and were warned about the apartment being a little dirty but it was worse than imagined!! Upon entering the building, it smelled absolutely horrible. When we entered the apartment itself, it still smelled really bad. The carpet was dirty and they didn’t even have a stove or refrigerator installed! In the spots where each should have been, ...

The group who own this property care about one thing and one thing, getting your rent. I will tell you personally dealing with them, it took 3 or 4 maintenance requests before they even respond. Phone and email requests are never returned. When your lease is ready to renew, then they will start sending emails and contacting you. Other than that they want to remain invisible. So glad I no longer deal with them

- Limited parking in East lot; no spaces left after 7-8 PM.
- Grounds are filthy and rarely cleaned of garbage or food debris
- Mice-infested: "terminators" sent monthly only lay traps for mice
**photos in my Google review [link below] are the first two of many documented trapped mice from April thru November 2018**
- "Emergency" maintenance impossible to reach on weekends, can take weeks to fix reported issues
- ...
Maintenance/terminators/management do not leave notice or work order when they enter a unit while tenants were not present
- No carbon monoxide (deadly fumes) detectors though units use gas for heat and ovens
Maintenance/managers blame the residents for issues caused by their own negligence. For instance, they blamed the mice for us "having paper in the cabinets" when it is actually because of all of the filth outside and in the stair ways. They also blamed us for the gas leak in our unit for "leaving the burner on" with no flame when it was actually from faulty parts inside the oven. The oven was only replaced after a man from the gas company was sent by the fire department to inspect for the leak and "red-tagged" the old oven because of a broken valve inside it. Before the inspector arrived, maintenance told firefighters we must have messed with the connection from the wall, even though the inspector saw no issue with that.
We also put a lot of sweat, hard-work, and money into cleaning up our unit after we moved. I even replaced the blinds in our bedroom with brand new ones. As of 12/20/18, management has not responded to voicemails, emails, or text messages from us regarding the return of our security deposit since we moved out almost 30 days ago.
