  • Good overall - Bad pest control

    I've stayed here for the past year. It's overall good. Place is pretty clean. Most of the time, maintenance responds fairly quickly, within 2-3 days for non-emergencies. I never really used the ammenties so I can't speak to that. I did have issues getting them to deal with my rodent issue in an efficient manner. They just stuck a bunch of glue traps and didn't come back for days. It was absolutely horrible seeing and hearing the mice caught on glue traps. So much so, that I just took into my own ...
    hands and dealt with the situation myself rather than rely on their pest control. Plus it would take them ages to do something. That's my main negative experiences.

    While older, governours square is a generally well cared for and comfy complex with lovely landscaping and an excellent location - especially for middle income households and anyone with nerdy hobbeys.

    My time at Governours Square was great! It was in the perfect location for my first apartment in Columbus. It was basically 20 minutes to everything, which made my commute very easy! I enjoyed the amenities during my year and a half, the pools being a highlight! The community was clean, quiet, and safe.

    Perfect floor plans, little smaller bedrooms for some appartements, but it's good. I'm satisfied by everything except the laundry which is fair because few washers are working and has a bad smell.

    My fiancé and I had little to no hope of being able to live here, but with the help of Sarah, she found us an affordable apartment that met all the requirements we were looking for!   • Worst place ever

    This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. My patio floods every single time it rains and it becomes unusable for at least a week. There's a man who lives near me that follows me around and has come up and harassed me multiple times. All kinds of the worst bugs get in constantly (probably because of the flooding), Everything breaks like both of the locks on my door and the heat which was out for days at a time. People's cars get broken into everyday so much so that everyone has a steering ...
    wheel lock on their car. And the worst thing is that my dog was attacked right on my patio and was almost killed by another dog. There have been MANY dogs here off leash and running around the parking lot and when you reach out to the front office they tell you that's not their problem. This place is very unsafe for you and your dog, it's bug infested, really noisy, and if you have a patio you'll be lucky if you can use it 1 day out of the month. I've actually considered breaking my lease just to get out of this place early. This place is not worth the price and you would be better off moving anywhere else.
