Poor Management
March 27, 2026I’ve lived here over 2 years, and ever since management changed and Nick left, this place has gone downhill fast. I upgraded to a two-bedroom on the bottom floor, and within 2 months my apartment flooded from a sewer issue outside my door completely not my fault. Maintenance did their job, but management was nonexistent. Not one person reached out—I had to chase them down myself. They ran 12 fans in my apartment, driving up my Duke Energy bill, and all I asked was to be reimbursed for the ...difference. Instead, they dragged it out, asked for irrelevant past bills, and told me to file an insurance claim knowing it wouldn’t even be covered since the issue didn’t come from inside my unit. So basically, they expected me to pay a deductible for their problem. Zero accountability. On top of that, rent went up over $100, the appliances are outdated, and the fridge is ridiculously small. I used to recommend this place now I’m embarrassed to even say I live here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for the amount you’re going to spend on a unit.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026Overall, the community and surrounding area are typically quiet and well maintained, which I appreciate. My experience living here has generally been positive. However, there have been a few concerning incidents, such as late-night fire alarms and one situation where a man knocked on my patio door claiming to be the police and requesting access. Because I could not verify his identity, the situation raised concerns about my safety. I also had some concerns when the property changed ownership. ...There were increases in amenities and apartment rates without much notice to residents. At one point, I was interested in upgrading to a two-bedroom apartment and scheduled a tour based on the price listed on the website. Unfortunately, the property changed hands the following week, and the rental price increased before I had the opportunity to move forward. As a result, I decided not to move, which was disappointing.Property Manager Responded

Feeling Unheard Maybe you’ll hear this
July 18, 2024I have recently renewed my lease and this apartment complex thinking the next year might be pretty good, but it’s starting out horrible. My first year of staying here I’ve rarely to never called Maintenance for any issue now that I have renewed my lease. I am running into major problems, such as my shower, not being correctly functional and also master bedroom blinds, not being correctly functional either. For the first two days, Maintenance tried to fix my shower after those two days he let me ...know he will not be able to fix it and he will have to get a plumber in here, three business days have passed, five days in all. I haven’t received any communication whatsoever from the leasing office or from the maintenance team even though before he left, he said he would keep in touch mind you there are plenty of same-day plumbers. So I personally went up to the office to see what was going on and let them know that I felt neglected because not even the easiest issue has been fixed yet. I am forced to continue paying full price for a bathroom. I cannot 100% use. At the propping them because I know the team 100% forgot about me. I am told another member of the Maintenance team has to come look at it before they actually call the plumbers. Not all it's cracked up to be
December 3, 2023The buildings look nice on the outside and rundown in the inside. This complex has bad communication as well. The property is left disgusting from the trash drippings, over filled dumpsters, which leads to serious horrible odors.Property Manager Responded

Needs Improvement
December 1, 2023The neighborhood is decently quiet but the buildings and units aren’t up to date. The wall insulation is hallow so it’s easy to hear neighbors. The appliances are also old, you can tell the units are built on the cheaper side. The grills desperately need to be replaced, they barely work.
