January 27, 2025While the staff is friendly and helpful, the surrounding communities have made the stay at Gramercy sometimes difficult. Often, there are cars driving by with music blaring or there are people playing loud music into late hours. Additionally, the fitness center is often used by non-residents and there are trash throughout the community. I'm sure some things are out of the control of the management, but some should be taken care of by management.Property Manager Responded

Not a safe place

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
May 28, 2024Terribly disappointed with this place and it doesn’t seem to get any better. If you enjoy having your children woken up at night due to the fire alarm going off a few times a month this place is for you. Stay away from this place if you have kids. It’s unsafe.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2024The move in process was easy and everything took about 1 week. Tia and Andrea walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. My apartment was move-in ready. The only thing I saw on my end was one of my socket covers where loose and the maintaince team came a few days after move-in and walked through and made sure I didn’t have any issues with my space.
