DO NOT move here. The landlord is extremely apathetic to your needs. I moved into a dirty apartment with broken blinds, pipes, lights and windows that didnt lock and leak. It took upwards up 6 months to get most of the issues fixed. Some were never resolved at all. The place is not well maintained -- I'm not even sure if I had a functioning smoke detector. The last date written on it indicated it was checked last in 2018.

lease renewal I was given a notice of non-renewal with no explanation why. They deducted quite a bit from my security deposit citing a "pet smell" when my windows in my unit had been leaking for months and growing mold. I'm not sure why I was held to a higher standard than the tenant before me for move out cleanliness.
The landlord is money hungry and willing to take advantage of our human need for shelter to profit herself and kicks you out when you advocate for yourself. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I guarantee they are slapping a new coat of paint on the walls and upchanging rent by $300 like the last person she kicked out.
On the upside, the neighbors are great. And the pool is nice.
