September 6, 2024JWB has done such an incredible job with this property. Prior to their takeover this was a very neglected and run down community. JWB started immediately making improvements, the first of which was making the parking lot drivable again. The exterior of the property is brand new, including the roof and shingles. The old tennis court has been updated to a pickleball court - I can't wait to put this to use! They have been working diligently on the pool and I anticipate that by next summer I can ...expect a lavish oasis where I can relax and cool off. In addition they are a kind and caring company who has always been understanding and a pleasure to work with. Upon hearing of the loss of my fur-baby they even sent an absolutely breathtaking and touching arrangement of sunflowers to provide some light during my grief. I would highly recommend Les Cheatux with JWB if you are looking for a friendly, quiet community to call home.Property Manager Responded
