This apartment complex prohibits the use of even candles in the times of power outages, we have now been without power for two days due to hurricane Irma, many residents attempt to cook on thier grills, outside. Part of the property management team had come to tell everyone no open flames in or around the comples. We had a generator to allow us to keep our entire refrigerator and freezer of food, that is now bad , due to being told we could not have the generator running , outside the apartment , ...
properly vented. If you expect to survive a natural disaster by being self sufficient and cooking food over a fire , grill, or hotplate by generator. DON'T LIVE HERE!! They do not care about your life when you need to survive.
