This apartment is awesome! The grounds are clean, the apartments are clean it amazing! The staff is always helpful and nice.
I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with. Best place for the space. If this was any other location this apartment would be twice as much!
I have it 4 stars because the garages are not connected to the apartments like it appears, the lighting on the back side of the garage is kinda creepy. The gym equipment was broken for like half of my lease. The gym equipment is fixed now, but ...

The vistas at dreaming creek is truly a place I can call my home. The grounds are tended to at all times and you know the residents and workers take pride in what they do. I haven't lived there long but I feel I've been there my whole life it's the friendliest neighborhood I could have ever asked for.. I feel appreciated there and even better the vistas care about animals too! It is the only place I've found that will except the "larger" dogs who are like teddy bears. I love the atmosphere that ...

The Vistas at Dreaming Creek worked well for us because we have a German Shepard. They have no breed or weight restrictions (one of the only apartment complexes' in Lynchburg like that). There are a good amount of people with pets, but the complex is large and well suited for walking dogs.
The pool is nice and is never crowded. My only complaints are that it has often taken a long time to get things fixed (like a broken garbage disposal), and the rent is higher than some places we found. However ...

The office staff almost never answers the phone or returns calls. There is not a point in leaving a message if you are a current resident. The only way to get anything done is to physically go into the office and find someone who can fix your individual situation. That in itself is another hassle considering the office staff are incompetent and more focused on putting you at ease than actually fixing the problem. Also, they will not notify you promptly of late fees. Considering maintenance, the ...

Bad customer service. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone through email or phone. Te whole leasing process was an ordeal.Water goes cold after 10 mnts of showering. You get charged late fees when you make payments online even if you make them on time because it takes like 3 business days for processing on their stupid system. I do not recommend this place to live. I will not be extending my lease with them and will continue to give accurate referrals of my experience so that others ...
