Been here for 8 year
June 8, 2025At first they were great. Ownership/management has changed roughly 4 times. Almost every month now there’s an issue. Issues include water, stove, and fridge among a few. They don’t up keep the stairs or walls. Feel ashamed to even bring guest here. The gym has looked the same since I’ve been here. Terrible management and customer service. March 6, 2025Staff doesn’t listen. Everytime I do one of these I express the concern and the need to update the gym and the car wash. And the safety of when having a routine maintenance call by having a schedule and expectation of buildings. Every apartment I’ve been in has been able to so there’s no excuse. January 28, 2025This community was better when I first moved her but now continues to decline, some office staff is rude and doesn’t respond to emails causing you to have to keep calling. The trash areas are now constantly filthy and not clean as it use to be. Maintenance is poor and they just hire anyone. They never keep staff and always hiring new people.Property Manager Responded

November 25, 2024I like my apartment and the community so far. However my move in was very stressful, after experiencing multiple leaks, and mildew. Also having several knobs missing from cabinets as well as chipped paint. Office staff and maintenance are responsive, but still things remain unresolved.Property Manager Responded
