Horrible
May 31, 2024I encountered the most disrespectful despicable person at the Grandea at Bellfort apartments today . I was inconvenienced moving because of the storm that has been happening in houston which pushed back my ability to move on the end of my lease date. I let the landlord know and she replied the apartment is leased we need keys today . In which i replied that was impossible seeing as how my move in date was a few days away . You would think she would show and ounce of empathy but no she then ...continued to call my phone days later again stating she needed keys i explained to her that i would bring keys the next day before closing so that i could finish moving and clean she then stated she had painters scheduled to come tomorrow as if that had anything to do with me. How unprofessional and ignorant could one person be ? She then stated that she would have to reschedule her painters again as if that had anything to do with me and my situation . She is completely lacking in basic customer service skills and should be retrained. Ive never had any issues and paid my rent on time every month of my lease at Grandea Bellfort and i don’t deserve to he treated like this because of a total of 3 days passed my lease agreement.Property Manager Responded

MAJOR SECURITY ISSUES - WORST MANAGEMENT
May 5, 20230 Star - Management is horrible, you take any issue to them, and they put it on you rather than solving or doing anything about it and Office In-charge is always in a meeting to avoid residents. SECURITY is a MAJOR issue in these apartments. Every now and then apartments are robbed, car wheels stolen, or car windows shattered. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. People with families stay away from these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartment by far
October 15, 2019Management is horrible. Major security issues. A lot of break ins but management is only concern after watching the gates with cameras. Do Not Walk around Alone in that Apartment. Very Old Appliances, air condition breaks down always during summer and makes a lot of noise. Roof leakage. The only good thing about the apartment is lots of parking space. A lot of noise during weekends by houses close by. Overall very poor systems in place .Review from Apartments.com

They pretend to somewhat care in front of you but in reality, they will give you the run around in a professional way. We've been living here for about 2 years and have always paid our rent on time, every time. Our carpet in our 1 bedroom apartment is in horrible condition, they keep giving us a run around and refuse to come out and clean/replace it. In one area of the carpet, it is torn apart and we have ...bugs/insects coming out from that area and management have came out on 2 different occasions to look at it and failed to address the issue. I wasn't asking them to replace the whole carpet in the apartment, all I asked them was to fix that small area but they kept giving me the run around and pretending to care but they still refuse to address the issue. Then, the AC unit started to have a water leak which messed up part of our bathroom carpet, they have seen this issue as well but still refuse to address it. We have a 2 year old little girl running around in the apartment and told them about the situation at hand but all we get is a run around. The maintenance is also horrible as they never come and if they do, it's never on time and always there's some sort of excuse. Last, imagine coming home to your apartment after a long day of work and the gates will not open allowing you to enter from the clicker they provided you with? Half the times, I come home, I'm unable to get inside and have to wait for someone to come out so I can enter through the exit gate. I'm not the only one that is having these issue's as there are other residents that complain about similar issues so please make your decision wisely before signing a lease and getting trapped with these individuals. I'm ready to move out of this place ASAP. I even asked the assistant manager Maria to stop giving me the run around and that If they are unable to address our simple concerns, please terminate our lease so that we may move out and live at another location that suits our family for the better. So far so good
April 25, 2018I have been living here for like 9 months by now. I did not have any major security problems. Sometimes I have ants in the apartment but I guess it was because harvey. The people here seems calm and mostly families. I did not have any theft but someone broke in my car when I parked sort of outside of the complex. The maintenance was fast when I call them for repair, no complaints about that. Just maybe management might be little bit more renter friendly.Review from Apartments.com
Major Security issues
