November 27, 2024I have lived here since May 2024. My husband and I in a one bedroom and have recently moved into Ace bedroom. The one bedroom is okay for one person (and a pet) but with 2 people and a pet it was a little small. We recently moved to a 2 bedroom and it is much nicer space wise for 2. The staff especially the maintenance staff are wonderful, friendly, efficient and right there to help. They certainly do a magnificent job. November 6, 2024Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The apartments are clean, quiet, and very sturdy. I have absolutely zero complaints! On my first morning here, two different employees stopped us and told us there was complimentary breakfast in the main building. October 22, 2024Pretty good place to live. There’s a pool, valet trash service, pest control and community activities done year round! Been here four years and love it! And if you have kids there is a playground. If you have pets, then there are potty places and a doggy park. The location is central to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, schools and parks. There are a lot of community events year round outside of Grandea, such as festivals, movies in the park, museums, sports and family events.Property Manager Responded
