July 22, 2024I had a great time at Grand Marc. The location is great and the rooms are very spacious. Whenever I had a problem with the apartment it was resolved within a week. Would recommend.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2024The GrandMarc at the Corner is in a great location that is close to UVA Grounds. The apartments are greatly sized and spacious. My only criticism would be the noise level. There were a few instances where the noise level was to high during quiet hours making it incredibly distracting.Property Manager Responded

The Property & Staff are Fantastic!
February 27, 2024I lived here last year when I was a student at UVA and immensely enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was the best thing about this apartment complex. Any issue or concern that I had was dealt with hastily. In addition, maintenance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when any issues came up.
