Quiet, stores and businesses all around you can just walk too. Management is great, building is very clean, inexpensive clothes washing, can have cats, outside amenities are great, rent is very reasonable, safe environment, and the building is close to parks and walking paths.
I love my apartment!

I love my apartment becuase its a safe place to live and I keep it very neat and tidy! My closet space is the best part! I have lived here for 5 years and it's in a great community. I have a kitty with me and the space for a 1 bedroom is amazing. I love being able to walk to Kwik Trip to get my milk! I also have a Festival Foods not even a mile away! My kitty and I have never been happier!! I love being here and love coming home to my own personal space! :)
