On many occasions I felt very unsafe in the neighborhood, and sadly in the complex as well. I've lived in inner city areas before, however I was never more paranoid about being robbed than I was while living at Rivers Edge (including from the residents). The views of the river were nice, however people rarely cleaned up after their animals, they use parking spots for snow overfill forcing people to park on the street (I got towed once), and garbage and alcohol was often left out on the public ...
porch (kids freely play in the area). Management never seemed to make any progress in making the community nicer, usually because they were never actually at work, taking 2 days for maintenance requests to be fulfilled.
Overall, incredibly unsatisfactory.
