    Stairs always dirty. Pool never open. Maintenance half fix things. They lie about renovating the hallways but I’ve been here for 2 years and they never renovated anything. If u plan on moving here, DONT.

    My girlfriend and I had an appointment at 3:45 to tour an apartment. We showed up early and walked into the lobby. We waited there for a little while and no one ever came to see us. We called every number they had available, and no one would answer the calls, besides a lady who said “I’m really sorry but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do”. Keep in mind, the entire time we’re in the lobby, we hear LOUD yelling and laughing from down the hallway. Finally around 4, we walk back into the lobby ...
    and there was a group standing there talking, who happened to be the people making all the noise, who ALSO happened to be all of the employees. While nice, they had no idea who we were or why we were there. Not sure why were even supposed to set an appointment? And then, they informed us that all of the apartments we had inquired about were all filled. All I’ve seen is water damage and complaints about how the building is not well kept. They seemed very proud of their new pool though.

    The staff is horrible especially the older lady that works in the office. She treats us as if she is beyond and better then us all especially her assistant. Even when she smiles I can tell it’s fake . She always has smart remarks to say and then acts as if she did nothing or said nothing. She also lies on you once you go to corporate about the problems she did nothing about. She will act as if you were this crazy person that came at her. Elevators are dirty and they’re always broken. If you have ...

    It’s not the worth the rent, rent goes up but nothing is fixed, they could at least remodel the lobby or something, elevators constantly down, mildew ceilings,washers constantly broke, the cosmetic of the place looks ran down, you use to be able to park on the upper level of the garage but the top isn’t safe, lastly it’s under new management so hopefully they turn the place around.
