Great place to live
April 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here about 3 years and the experience has been great! Maintenance is prompt and on time. The online portal is great for paying rent and submitting maintenance request. They have a great snow removal team. And the property is kept very clean. Great neighbors is a joy to be around. The real estate is excellent and resolving any issues you have. And rent is very reasonable.
Maintenance poor, otherwise decent
July 22, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comGot a maintenance problem? Prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed, if ever. We had ugly bare (rotting?) wood exposed on our decks for probably over a year, maybe close to two. Security doors are left in inoperable condition. Otherwise the price is decent and the neighborhood safe.

March 12, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have been staying at this place for the last 5 years. The apartment is located at a good spot with a theatre, gym, shopping mall just a road across. The management authorities are helpful and are always responsive to issues.
Great and quiet location
February 10, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis location is far away from the hustle and bustle of most students of the university, but also right next to a major Bus Station junction which allows easy access to the rest of the city. It is also within close driving distance of multiple restaurants and stores. Single bedroom units are perfect for a student or couple, and afford enough space to comfortably make it your own. Luke K.
Poor
August 7, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comMaintenance is very slow at getting things done. Property manager is never around and doesn't do anything anyway. Security doors only work about 50% of the time. Don't spray for bugs on a regular basis even when multiple residents have problems. Home office doesn't return your calls when you call with concerns. Only upside is that it's a roof over your head.
