Maintenance poor, otherwise decent
July 22, 2022Got a maintenance problem? Prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed, if ever. We had ugly bare (rotting?) wood exposed on our decks for probably over a year, maybe close to two. Security doors are left in inoperable condition. Otherwise the price is decent and the neighborhood safe.Review from Apartments.com

Good place and good management
March 12, 2021I have been staying at this place for the last 5 years. The apartment is located at a good spot with a theatre, gym, shopping mall just a road across. The management authorities are helpful and are always responsive to issues.Review from Apartments.com
Great and quiet location
February 10, 2021This location is far away from the hustle and bustle of most students of the university, but also right next to a major Bus Station junction which allows easy access to the rest of the city. It is also within close driving distance of multiple restaurants and stores. Single bedroom units are perfect for a student or couple, and afford enough space to comfortably make it your own. Poor
August 7, 2020Maintenance is very slow at getting things done. Property manager is never around and doesn't do anything anyway. Security doors only work about 50% of the time. Don't spray for bugs on a regular basis even when multiple residents have problems. Home office doesn't return your calls when you call with concerns.
