I love the events they put together at the club house, and the maintenance staff are also very responsive and quick to get problems fixed. The main office manager is so helpful, maintenance is done in a timely fashion and they do try to clean up after themselves, there are also workers that keep the trash in place when it overflows or animals get into if or residence fail to actually put it in the trash receptacle (which blows my mind).
