We have lived here going on 4yrs. Everything has been wonderfully great. We even transferred apts within 2499. Since we made the move. We have been dissatisfied with neighbors pointing fingers. Maintenance has not been on top of their game. We continue to be on the positive side of things but our hopes and dreams are dissappearing.

I have lived at Grapevine 2499 apts for over 6 years now. The management has been responsive, and pleasant to work with and I appreciate the job they have done for all of us. It has great amendities, the pool area and workout facility are exceptional. The landscape is kept up well, and they update constantly. Great place to live, the residents are very good to everyone.
