March 17, 2023You HAVE TO HAVE A 680 CREDIT SCORE and you also have to be over 21 two things that were not listed. Idk why someone would want to waste their time calling people back they won't consider. It would take 10 minutes to add that critical information in the listing.Review from Apartments.com

June 20, 2022I tried to get myself & my son a 2 bedroom apartment for $675. Made appointment. Office lady told me on the phone that if my credit wasn't good enough I could have a co signer. I went in for the appointment. Credit score has to be 630, You must make 15 dollars an hour. She said no co-signer after we drove all the way up there. How is an 18 year old suppose to find a place to live? She said no one under 21 can sign a contract there.
