Not worth it

I lived here for 3 years. At first I liked living here but once covid hit, it was a different story. These townhomes may seem nice on the outside, but they are way over priced and the management is terrible.
The good (not many)
-My unit had outdoor storage, I loved that
-Love the open floor plan
-I loved the bowl sinks in my unit
-I love the walk-in closets, very spacious
-The workout room is nice
-The pool is large for a complex
-Started recycling, did not do this when I first moved in
-Office ...
lets you have cameras
The bad (there is a lot)
-live next to trailer parks and they break into property often. Management cut back on security as a result
-Multiple car break ins while I lived there
-Packages stolen off porches constantly (highly recommend getting a camera)
-Made everyone start paying for valet trash when all they do is take it to the dumpster on site
-Cost $100 for trash and water and they keep upping it
-Trash compactor gets very full and overflows onto parking lot
-recycle dumpster is always overflowing and never has enough room
-They do not spray for bugs unless you nag them multiple times
-Every year they upped my rent a lot
-When it snows, they do not plow or shovel the parking lot (people at the bottom of the hill have a hard time getting out of the complex)
-Close pool for cleaning on Mondays yet it never looks clean
-The owner is rude and has an attitude
-Office staff is snippy and rude
-Can't keep office staff
-My unit was very dirty when I moved in
-The floors in my unit are covered in paint splatters
-The handles to the stairs have paint all over them. They did not do a good job painting between people
-The maintenance is very busy and takes a long time to get to you
-Office is not open on the weekends
-Office hours are from 9-5, very inconvenient for most people who work normal jobs
