Poor Business Management
March 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comAfter talking to the property manager two times, gathering information, I called a third time with a few more questions in mind and wanted to know what was required from my co-applicate and myself to "get the ball rolling" for a unit coming up for rent at the end of April. I never got answer to my calls or to the messages I left, asking for a call back. So, I can only perceive that this person had a prejudice against me without knowing anything about me and what I was capable of paying. VERY ...POOR, JUDGEMENTAL MANAGEMENT, which is NOT in their job description. However, thanks to this person's ignorance, I found a great place to move into with respectful , professional, non-judgmental management. Thank You Lord Jesus. I can only imagine what kind of property manager this person is to the people who actually rent there.Read More

Well-maintained and quiet, the building is a short walk to coffee shops and restaurant row and other amenities too numerous to list. The building management is responsive to requests, efficient and friendly and never too busy to help. I consider myself fortunate to live in a Grayco managed apartment.

Close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. The YMCA is right across the street. Ann and her management team were awesome! They were available whenever you needed them, no matter what time or day! I highly recommend Grayco to anyone who wants to try city living!

All utilities are included in the rent, and you’re literally steps from the YMCA/running path along the River. I can’t say enough good things about Anne and the management team. They’re amazing! I never had any issues in the 2 years I lived there, and Anne’s door is always open for a quick chat/to see how things are going. Bars and restaurants are just a few blocks over, which means you’re still close by but away ...from the 2AM craziness. Amtrak is also walking distance away!Read More

You are located right in the middle of all the action of up and coming downtown Harrisburg but still close to all your living essentials and shopping needs. With in home package delivery and 24 hour maintenance its hard to find a ...better place.
