New Management - Great Improvement
March 14, 2025I first met the assistant manager when I started my lease in 2019. She was always pleasant and a joy to be around, handling even the most difficult situations with professionalism. Since I moved in, I have experienced many management changes and several different managers. Unfortunately, the previous manager and her assistant were by far the worst. Thankfully, their time here was short-lived, as I felt that they were targeting me. They insisted that my son’s car had to be removed from the ...property within two weeks, even though there were other cars parked here with expired stickers dating back to 2016, which had never moved and were inoperable. Despite having orange and red towing notifications placed on those vehicles, nothing was done. The writing on the notices faded due to exposure to rain and sun. My son was not on my lease, and the manager advised me that he couldn’t stay with me. Initially, I was okay with that, but she then informed me that none of his belongings could remain in my two-bedroom apartment. As a result, I was forced to rent a storage unit, and my daughter made a two-hour trip to help me move everything out of the room. When I asked if my son could spend Saturday nights with me so that we could go to church together on Sundays, I was told no. After checking my lease, I discovered that there was no basis for that restriction; the lease only requires tenants to inform management if they have a guest staying longer than seven days. To my pleasant surprise, about a month later, I entered the office and found we had a new manager, Letty. She has been a joy to work with. Although I usually don’t require much assistance, I have 46 years of experience in customer service and believe in clear communication. I prefer face-to-face contact whenever possible and always follow up with an email confirming our conversation. Letty consistently makes time for her tenants and follows through on any commitments she makes. I would also like to commend Taha for staying on after the previous manager and her assistant left. As long as Letty and Taha are here, you have nothing to worry about; you are in great hands.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent, past resident, 2023 - 2024
August 1, 2024The management team is useless. They rarely answer the phones and it takes multiple trips to the office to get an issue resolved. No security system anywhere and the front gate is left open half the time. Crime is bad here. The pool is always dirty or not working. Gym is incredibly small, like a 2 person limit. Do not expect your deposit back. You have to pay for trash valet and it's a coin toss as to whether they will pick it up or not. That means your hallway can be covered in dirty trash bags. ...If you're reading this review and questioning if I'm over exaggerating or not...I'm not. New Management Is Terrible
October 30, 2022If you're considering moving here, please think twice! Read my review. My wife and I loved this apartment complex when we first moved here. We have never been late on our rent and have always paid our bills DAYS early. Unfortunately, just a few days after renewing our lease the apartment complex was sold to new management. Since this new take over it has been problem after problem. We were hit with a late fee after paying our rent on time for the month of October, and after speaking with ...management it is yet to be removed. We were also charged incorrectly for the month of November, along with the late charged from October (which has yet to be removed) and there is no way of editing our rent amount to pay. Something which we were able to do with the old management company. We have talked to the office on three separate occasions about our billing charges and nothing seems to be getting done about them. We can't wait for our lease to be up to look for another apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartments Ever
May 31, 2021Maintenance does a cheap job when it comes to fixing anything, I have been without a shower for 3 days since nothing in this place works, bugs everywhere, cracks in the paint, their floors are poor poor quality, and the staff is rude once they have your lease signed and it’s no turning back….
