Hidden Mold issues
February 22, 2019Please be warned of the hidden mold problems. Looks nice and clean when you move in, but sooner than later the mold will reappear. You are told to clean with bleach and open your windows to ventilate. They are well aware of this problem and just paint over it for the new tenants. Manager seems annoyed every time you call to ask to fix something and she’s always on vacation. If you decide to move there, ask if there is a mold problem in the bathroom( all units) living room and bedrooms ( ...especially downstair apartments) . Get it in writing if they say that they have never had an issue. It is a health problem because you are breathing it in. Most neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. The grounds and kept clean. Good luck if you decide to move there. Glad I am no longer there but I felt it was my duty to warn unsuspecting innocent people.
