About Great-Brook Apartments
. Located in a very lovely and quiet area, our community is surrounded by parks, trails, churches and the Village of Victor, which are all within walking distance. The Thruway and 490 express way are approximately 5 minutes away. All our apartments and townhomes are all electric with individual thermostats for each room. Each home has its own entrance with backyard patios or balconies. We offer garages (11.5 x 22) feet for a fee of $45 a month. We allow cats, Dogs are allowed in certain buildings with some restrictions and permissions. There is a $25 per month pet fee which is non-refundable. For dogs we require proof of vaccinations, license, picture of your furry friend, and renters insurance. There are 2 laundry rooms on site, which are coin operated. We include cold water, garbage and recycle pick up, sewer, appliances, and Spectrum digital cable. Our parking lot is on a cul-de-sac with ample parking.

Great apartments!!
August 2, 2022I lived there for 16 years and only left due to medical issues. I had the first townhouse as you enter and it was great! I only had neighbors on one side!! The place was so nice and quiet, depending on who lived next door. Many came and went, smokers, yellers, gamers, door slammers and anything else you can expect with renters that do not care about their next door neighbors. All in all, I was very happy there, though. I miss the hill that was behind my apartment. It was perfect for sitting ...outside on a nice summer's day. Excellent Location! Hidden Gem!
April 12, 2019This is a great price for the location. Lots of private space and trails to walk. Friendly Neighbors and staff. Beautiful location! Price is a steal for area! I have no negatives. Snow is always removed before I go to work and grass is always kept neat.Review from Apartments.com
