Don’t do it
September 23, 2021Nothing but issues since day 1. Was slated to move first thing in morning(8am). Didn’t hear anything until 2pm on my move in day after paying $700 in fees and deposits. 3 weeks in water main breaks and no water. 2 weeks following that my A/C breaks and I don’t hear from maintenance until 3days later. Couldn’t even live in the unit because it was 88degrees inside. Finally with no warning my rent increases by $80 for “WiFi” even though I had a contract through a 3rd party. I called property ...manager and it takes them days to return phone calls. I have never seen a company run in such a disorganized fashion.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Do not waste your time !!!!
January 20, 2020This place is a waste ! Maintenance barely fixes anything that needs to be fixed. Heat and Air conditioning is always messing up, They don’t make it a priority to come and fix anything. Trash is always piling up in the dumpster, Flies are big issue in the summertime, Pest Control does not spray properly . They never have changed the vent filters, Outages happen frequently in the wintertime and they take days to fix the problem.I would save my money and look somewhere else!Review from Apartments.com

August 5, 2017What a joke. The actual units are not nearly as nice as they are depicted in the photos. I also question the safety of this establishment. I knew something was not quite right when I was required to surrender my drivers license to be held in the office before they would show me the property, What's up with that?Property Manager Responded

This place is a party!
