Nothing but issues since day 1. Was slated to move first thing in morning(8am). Didn’t hear anything until 2pm on my move in day after paying $700 in fees and deposits. 3 weeks in water main breaks and no water. 2 weeks following that my A/C breaks and I don’t hear from maintenance until 3days later. Couldn’t even live in the unit because it was 88degrees inside. Finally with no warning my rent increases by $80 for “WiFi” even though I had a contract through a 3rd party. I called property ...
manager and it takes them days to return phone calls. I have never seen a company run in such a disorganized fashion.

Good luck if you move on to Sierra dr. There wasn't a single night I wasn't awoken by music or yelling or just any sound outside/in the complex. God help you if you move in on the street. No such thing as quiet even if you submit noise complaints.

This place is a waste ! Maintenance barely fixes anything that needs to be fixed. Heat and Air conditioning is always messing up, They don’t make it a priority to come and fix anything. Trash is always piling up in the dumpster, Flies are big issue in the summertime, Pest Control does not spray properly . They never have changed the vent filters, Outages happen frequently in the wintertime and they take days to fix the problem.I would save my money and look somewhere else!

What a joke. The actual units are not nearly as nice as they are depicted in the photos. I also question the safety of this establishment. I knew something was not quite right when I was required to surrender my drivers license to be held in the office before they would show me the property, What's up with that?

If you like it loud, you'll love it here.
If, however you prefer a civilized place to live that has quiet hours, then this is not the apartments you're looking for. The tenants are loud and floors are hardwood.
