My Experience
August 3, 2017I moved into the Green House Flats 2 years ago and I Love it! I picked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner flat with a beautiful fenced in backyard, hardwood floors, updated kitchen and open floor plan. I have loved living here and also enjoyed my neighbors as well as the neighborhood. Less than one block away is a little cafe called Garden Cafe which serves breakfast and lunch that I can walk to. I love biking as well as running so having the Santa Fe Trail and Swiss Ave a block away is perfect for ...me. The management team has always been friendly and will go out of their way to help me in anyway, I like that they know me by my 1st name and not the apartment number I live in. Its nice to have a personal relationship with the place I live as well as knowing all of the employees and maintenance team. I recently signed another year lease at the property, I would recommend this management company to anyone looking for a unique home with a personable experience, I feels like home, Thank you to everyone that has made my experience amazing! Beautiful Courtyards
September 23, 2015I love this complex. It has 3 beautiful courtyards with tables for dining, chairs for relaxing and awesome chandeliers for some great ambiance. Love the central location as it is close to work downtown and close to nightlife on Greenville. Definitely worth a look.Review from Apartments.com
