January 13, 2026Hi there, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve. We are pleased you have been satisfied with the efforts of our team members and look forward to serving you again. Regarding the hot water, we sent out a statement a couple of weeks ago that the water district is having to address that situation. What is happening is that during the peak usage hours from 6pm - 9pm the water supply arriving to the community lowers. When the quantity of water drops, it lowers the amount of water used in the boilers thereby decreasing the hot water in your home. This a new phenomena at this community and the utility district has been notified twice. The are not able to commit to a time when the issue will be resolved. There's no 24 package drop off area where can get packages yourself you have to go into office. Electricity goes out often with any form of sprinkle rain.
