Manager's; both are good listeners; quick to solve whatever issues are going on; very considerate of tenants well-being and safety. also assistant manager Ms. Barbara is quick to get work orders at hand taking care of ;completed. Both the Manager Ms. Isabelle and assistant manager Ms. Barbara are doing a great job making Green tree place great.. Way better than what it was before. Ps. Ms. Rita!! Tenant here for 8+ years. I would highly recommend new comers to live here.

Not worth the price

Poor plumbing, no pest control i seen a roach my first day in and have been killing one everyday now, emailed the office and no reply month and half later still nothing, haven't had water in 6 days, no where for kids to play parking horrible especially if you not near the driveway. And they are not renovated they just painted over everything and added counter tops.

Green tree place is an awesome community. It is very quiet and family friendly. The management has been caring, professional, and loving since the very first day. Maintenance has always came in a timely manner and fixed any thing my family and I may have had very swiftly. There is security 24/7 that lives on property. This community is truly a blessing to my family. My husband and I have three small children under the age of five and a newborn that will be here with us in a month or so, and I ...
have no doubt that we are safe and secure here. The entire design of the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious. I would recommend this apartment to everyone I meet. I really feel at home here thanks to the loving staff and management. I absolutely love the residential activities that are held for us here on property. We are blessed to have a residential breakfast the very first Saturday of each month. The management even blessed the residence with school supplies for their children. I absolutely love this place. If anyone is looking for a safe, loving, and at home feeling environment you have found the right place. Welcome home!
