This complex was where I had my first apartment. The rent was reasonable and the apartments are decent for the price. I loved my kitchen. We moved out because we got a dog and dogs aren’t allowed here. There were little things I complained about when I lived here, as with any apartment, but after the bad experiences I’m having in my current apartment, which I’m spending about $300 more for, this place was great in comparison. Horrible Management

The management here is HORRIBLE. Whenever we needed to get something fixed in the apartment, 9 times out of 10 we would have to keep calling the manager until she would eventually send someone out to do the job. She is very unorganized and when we called HER boss, she was never available to talk to. Her secretary always came up with some lame excuse as to why she couldn’t talk to us or call us back. Another problem is that these apartments are NOT SMOKE FREE so beware. Smoking had never bothered ...

me until we had a lady move in downstairs who smoked like a chimney. The lady also has a dog that barks at us every time we walk up to our front door. The dog is a threat to our child as it growls at her and always looks like it wants to eat her. We’ve complained multiple times about our neighbors, but I guess you get what you pay for. These apartments are CRAP! We cannot wait until our lease is up so that we can look out for our health and the health of our child.
