Loved my year at Greenbelt
December 31, 2024I rented for a year and absolutely loved my time at Greenbelt. I had a two bedroom end unit with an abundance of sunlight and a huge concrete patio to enjoy the summer nights. The complex is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the residents are quiet and respectful. The location is tremendous. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance to the west with awesome suburban neighborhoods for walking to the east and south. Downtown Greendale with all of shops and restaurants is a ...ten minute walk (or three minute drive). I can't recommend Greenbelt more. August 8, 2020We stayed in these apartments for a little over a year before moving, and the whole time was great. Management is responsive, very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always completed quickly and professionally with no issues. The apartments overall are kept up very nicely, new and updated, great common areas that are also clean all the time. The garage parking option is really great during cold months. Very close to anything you would need and in a great school district. The apartments are very ...spacious, updated, and fit our family with kids comfortably and offered an abundance of storage. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking!
