March 2, 2020Just moved in to this community in February. My two cents: 1 bedroom is very spacious for two people. Unit comes with washer and dryer. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Pet friendly. Very well kept community, lawn looks nice and no trash seen anywhere. Plenty of doggy bags handy and trash seems to be taken out regularly. The two ladies upfront are very friendly and move-in was super smooth! Love it!Property Manager Responded

Best place ever
January 13, 2020First time living back in a appartment in 6 years, I was a bit scared and was not looking forward to it at all. Greenbriar apartments changed my mind and was super awesome, very nice and understanding. Jennette and all the staff are so nice, I always enjoyed going to the office they were always smiling and welcoming everytime. If I ever have to move back to a apartment they will be my first choice. October 28, 2019I love my new apartment.The staff was amazing especially the manager Janette , she was knowledgeable and she was very professional. There was also a little lady by the name of Blanca, I believe... she was excellent communicator. I am new to this area and the interaction with the staff really made my move in easy. Love this place!
June 1, 2019I have been here since August 2018. It is truly a quiet place to live. Management has changed a few times, but I don't have anything negative to say about past and current staff members. Maintenance is great, extremely timely and Jesus is extremely personable. Every request I've put in has been resolved within 1-2 working days. No bug issues whatsoever. I have 2 small children, and the school is within walking distance which is great. Also -- the gate actually WORKS. Never had any issues with it ...being "out of order" for any period of time. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE
May 13, 2019I would not waist your money living here. The complex and apartment is/are dirty and they do not take care of the tenets. I was there for 1 year lease and had 18 maintenance request. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and they didn't care. The staff was not helpful at all and no one ever seemed to know what was going on. They have a high turn over on the staff as well so it made sense why no one ever knew anything. This place is terrible and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone to ...live here!!!!!! I was ready to move out after only being there 2 weeks.Property Manager Responded

My Experience
July 17, 20185 Years and 2 of them we lived in a cockroaches infestations apartment. When I first noticed them I Let them know right away the property manager at the time put us on the pest control list which is nuts since we pay 1.00 a month for pest control. They should spray every month they don't. We did as we were told and followed their rules and NO results. There cheap apartments with cheap service. The final straw was when we asked to move so we didn't have to deal with the cockroach infestation they ...said let's give it 30 more days and then prorate my rent when I leave at my convinces, Well 30 days later the cockroaches were in the dishwasher horribly the oven and spread to some of the beautiful furniture I had to throw away when I moved out. The pest control used rosemary and mint. Yeah, the infestation just got worst. We had to go out and buy stuff to help keep the cockroaches from spreading more. I too have loads of photos. If I were you and you choose to live here please just make sure you check your apartment first. They change managers like we change underwear and PRICE REALITY CORP SUCKS to WORK WITH. In all this cockroach infestation I have thrown nearly 2000.00 dollars of damages away with nothing but breaking my lease that I really had to pay for in prorated rent and utilities. 668.00 and were SORRY.... What a way to treat your tenants. Really enough said.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 20, 2016Property is roach infested and management and neighbors act like it's no big deal. Management shows a beautiful model apartment and keeps saying your unit isn't available to preview. They agreed to show me another unit that was being rented but then backed out of that, saying the new tenants had already picked up the keys. Nonetheless, I was in a bind and needed an apartment immediately so reluctantly I signed a lease. I moved in on a Sunday, discovered roaches and they asked me to give them 30 ...days to rectify the problem, all while continuing to pay rent. The were here nonchalant about the issue and said "they didn't see the big deal." When I mentioned to management that the neighbors said they had roaches, management response was "we are talking about your unit." Due to their issue, they agreed to ALLOW me to move into a sister property at my expense for $100 more. After debating with them for days, and sending an email to the owner, news stations, and other local news outlets, they agreed to terminate my lease with no penalty outside of charging me for the days from move-in to the days they decided to terminate the lease. August 22, 2015I have lived at Greenbriar Apartments for almost 2 years now, and have just signed my lease for the 3rd year. This place is great, the apartment managers, particularly Lisa, are always very attentive, and willing to help.
