HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE
December 10, 2025They take 8 MONTHS to FIX ANYTHING. You will have air and heat issues that will take a full year to get fixed. The mold is HORRIBLE, and they also have bad pest issues. You will see roaches, spiders, and raccoons. They are horrible at communicating, and you can inform them you haven't heard back, but they will call you a liar, whether you have a camera or not at your unit. I actually rate the apartments a 0-5. They are very big but very dirty, nasty, and rude.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT!
October 16, 2025Do not rent from them, everything seems fine until you move in and then you are on your own . Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the females in the office all have attitudes. When they do fix things it’s MONTHS later. They will mark maintenance requests complete online and that’s a lie, say call emergency maintenance and they never answer.Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2025Please believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself time, headaches and money. These apartments are cheap because they are trash! Rude management, maintenance team patch things us apartments don’t be cleaned before moving in etc. You will air and heat issue, don’t get me started on the mold these apartments have. Unempathetic staff
July 25, 2024Our experience with Greenbrook Apartments was horrendous. Despite clear communication and fulfilling all requirements, we were denied move-in upon arrival after a grueling 4-day drive from California to Memphis with two young children. The staff showed no compassion or flexibility, leaving us stranded in a new city without support. They need serious retraining in empathy and professionalism. Avoid Greenbrook if you expect basic decency and reliability.Review from Apartments.com

They do not care
June 17, 2024I have lived in this complex since May. I liked it until my AC went out a week ago. I have submitted 3 requests for maintenance that get marked complete while my ac is still not working. I have tried emailing and calling and finally walked to the office. No one seems to care that my ac is out despite the temperatures reaching 97 degrees this past weekend. I’ve had to relocate my dog for her safety, and I’m going to have to be late to work to try to speak to someone to get this fixed tomorrow. June 20, 2023Been calling for a couple days and no answer or return call. No response to email either. They dnt care about the residents. We have been complaining about the blocked drains for over a year and now our cars are damaged and totaled due to flooding. The landscaping crew loves to blow their debris over drains instead of actually cleaning it up leaving us with flooded parking lots. No spot is safe from the flooding. If you want your car, DO NOT move here. Number of car break in, no security and when ...you try to complain, they don’t even bother to listen or fix anything. Currently seeking legal action because it seems that management is avoiding everyone who had their cars damaged. Please don’t waste your money.
