It has not been a bad experience living here things have definitely turned around for the better since new management took over. Maintenance has been really on top of things also.

Not a great experience so far. I have been staying here for 2 years now but always had issues such as internet, service requests, and appliance always seem to stop working. Also, there has been a shooting inside the apartment complex which is terrible and the authorities have done nothing whatsoever to prevent it.

I really like that this apartment complex because they do a lot of things for us to do like grocery bingo. They also provide food in the club room sometimes which is really nice.

The pool and gym areas are lovely, though some of the equipment has been broken for while. Apartments are nice and spacious with great amenities.

I love my apartment! Maintenance is quick and efficient. There are so many awesome amenities like the pool and the gym. Most of my packages get delivered right to my door. Our building always surprises us with snacks and giveaways!

Would be much better if the doors were more secure and parking garage had cameras. Hit and runs and break ins seem to be a constant occurrence here.

Hi! The physical building is nice and the location is great, but management and maintenance are HORRIBLE. Our Wi-Fi is CONSTANTLY out, and the office never responds to any of our emergency maintenance situations. We had bees INSIDE our apartment for 2 days and we were told it wasn’t urgent. My power was also out for 1 week and they were ignoring me and not coming to fix it. We’ve had soooo many issues!! Do not live here. There are so many better options.

Read these reviews carefully, it seems some may have been written with a little help from management. We have personal experience dealing with Greene Crossing and believe me it has not been pleasant. Maintenance was never performed as promised, fees were changed after move in. Overall a bad place, there are many places, look elsewhere...

This year we have actually pre-leased first among all other properties in the Columbia area, telling us what we do is highly satisfactory to those who live here and those who have signed to live here this coming Fall. We are not as pleased to hear things like this and would love to get more specifics about your issues to seek a solution. We are happy to pull up your work order history to see maintenance requests and go over any charges allocated to your account. First of all the train tracks are directly next to the building with no sound barrier and the drivers do not care at all that it is a residential area. So whenever it goes by they WILL honk their horn as loud as possible and it WILL wake you up EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The annex is treated like trash. They do a pitiful job maintaining the interior of the hallways. If something gets damaged it usually takes months or sometimes even longer to be repaired.
Also relating to the annex they will tell you ...
that there is a printer there you can use to print out your schoolwork. How nice right?!?! NO. Half of the time it does not connect to the computer (showing that it is not set up correctly), and when you get lucky and can connect to it you find out that they never refill the paper. EVER. They also rarely fill up the ink. So don't rely on that for printing out your papers. Its still included in your bill though as a courtesy. Your welcome.
Third they are greedy scammers. In your contract it states that you are liable for "damages minus normal ware and tare". This statement has absolutely no meaning to them. They will charge you for any mark in the room whatsoever, no matter how minor or insignificant. I was billed $45 for a "Partial paint bedroom". They sent me two pictures as evidence. The evidence showed a damage was so insignificant that the camera could barely pick up. So they said that they had to repaint a portion of the room. When they did that, the painter did not bother covering the floor to avoid paint splashes, so paint got on the floor. I was apparently liable for that too.
